DELIVERY FOR OUR ONLINE STORE ITEMS

Shipping times
We process and ship all online store orders within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail second class.

Shipping costs
UK Standard shipping £4.00
Orders over £50 automatically qualify for free shipping to a UK address

If you would like to pay extra for next day delivery please get in touch with us before placing your order to see if this is possible.

Shipping outside the UK
Unfortunately we are unable to offer shipping outside the UK for items bought on our online store.

Busy Periods
Please allow for slightly longer delivery times during busy periods, such as Christmas and other holidays.

Lost + Delayed Post
We use Royal Mail as a reliable and economical service for you to receive your order, however sometimes for reasons out of our control, post can be delayed or go missing. If you think your order has been delayed or lost, please do get in touch with us when it has been 10 days after placing your order.

Packaging
The environment is important to us and as much as we try to only use eco-friendly packaging when sending your stationery, unfortunately paper can be heavy and if not protected well, it can get damaged in the post. So we do use bubble wrap that’s on it’s second use. Please always try to re-use or recycle the bubble wrap if possible from your parcel instead of throwing it away.

Returns
We hope that you love the stationery you have purchased, however if you would like to return your item then please get in touch with us within 28 days from your purchase date and we will let you know how to return your item/s.

If you do wish to return your item, please ensure your item is returned within the return period, the item is send back in the same condition and packaging as you received it and valid proof of purchase/order number.

Shipping times
When we chat to you about your order we will discuss leadtimes and give you an estimated date as to when we plan to have your stationery all printed and shipped by.

Shipping costs
Depending on the size of your order you will be able to chose from the following options

  • Royal Mail Second Class £4.55 (no insurance if the parcel gets lost or damaged)*

  • Royal Mail Fir st Class £5.95 (no insurance if the parcel gets lost or damaged)*

  • DPD Tracked Courier £9.55 (£50 insurance if the parcel gets lost or damaged)

  • DPD Tracked Courier £16.55 (£150 insurance if the parcel gets lost or damaged)

  • DPD Tracked Courier £26.55 (£300 insurance if the parcel gets lost or damaged)

    If your parcel weighs over 2kg this ser vice won’t be available and only DPD courier will be offered.

Shipping outside the UK
Shipping bespoke stationery outside the UK is possible, so please get in touch and we can advise a bespoke shipping fee.
